I am obsessed with adding jicama to my salads especially after learning about its many health benefits. Jicama is a root vegetable native to Mexico that can be found in many large grocery stores. Toss it with your salad to add crunch and extra vitamins!

Tips for Use
Wash and peel with vegetable peeler and cut into thin strips
Store unpeeled jicama unwrapped in a cool dry place for 2-3 weeks
Wrap peeled jicama tightly and keep in refrigerator for up to a week
